Shipping policy

All Pickaxe products are made-to-order, so please allow for additional manufacturing time beyond what you would normally expect from an online retailer. We aim to craft our goods as quickly as possible, but delays may occur for any number of reasons from inventory availability to weather and beyond. 

Shipping in the United States is handled by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. 

Under the best circumstances, you should receive your order in about a week. Under the worst, it may take 2-3 weeks or longer.
